This position will engage all facets of the construction process, including developing work plans, material procurement, scheduling, subcontractor supervision and volunteer labor coordination and management. Experience putting work in place as a tradesman and carpentry skills are highly valued.

If it has wheels or a motor on it here at Fort, this position manages, maintains, and schedules it – nearly 40 vehicles! This position will also involve a fair bit of driving campers to where they need to go and back again. This Fleet Coordinator position is listed as both Apprentice Staff and Missionary Staff – Ideally Fort would like to find a qualified candidate to join the support-raising Missionary Staff team who serves long-term on staff. Since the early days of Fort, horses have been a core part of the ministry. In this role, you will provide day-to-day care of the stables, maintain corrals and pastures and lead trail rides – all with the intent of sharing the gospel and impacting lives for eternity.
