While summer staff stay through the full summer, summer volunteers give two weeks or more of their time to help support Fort’s ministry.
Project Serve volunteers ensure fall and winter weekend retreats run smoothly. Families, youth groups, young adults, and other groups volunteer their time (normally a Friday into Sunday) to serve in all areas at Fort. And they enjoy camp at the same time!
Do you work in a trade like carpentry, construction, concrete, painting or others? Would you be willing to share those skills with Fort for a weekend, or longer? Some come alone, others with a crew!
Retired? Have a passion to serve families and kids? Looking for a place to make a difference? At Fort, we call people like that OWLS— older, wiser, loving saints. If this is you, we have a place for you to serve.
