All-In Program – You + Your Church + Fort = ALL-IN

Fort Wilderness wants to partner with you and your local church. The All-In program is designed to help us join together toward making your camp experience a reality. In this program, campers split cost with Fort and your church, each paying 1/3 the cost of camp.  The camper provides 1/3, your home-church provides 1/3, and Fort provides 1/3.

How To:

  1. Fill out the application form. There are two parts – one for the camper and one for the church.
  2. Register for camp and pay the deposit.
  3. Wait 2-4 weeks as we review your application and process the information. The financial assistance amount will then be reflected on your bill.

Details:

  • Camps fill quickly – apply and register as soon as possible!
  • Both the camper’s family and the church must complete their form for Fort to review the details.
Nominate a Camper

Do you know an individual or a family who would benefit from financial assistance? Help them get to Fort through your nomination!

How To:

  1. Fill out the nomination form.
  2. Wait 2-4 weeks as we review your form. We will be in touch with the outcome of your nomination.

Details:

  • Some camps are nearly full. We are doing our best to welcome as many new campers to Fort Wilderness as possible, but we cannot guarantee availability. If your nominee cannot make it to camp this year or there is no space available, we will add them to a waiting list for next year.

FAQ’s

Who is eligible for financial assistance?

God is rich in mercy and has richly blessed Fort Wilderness with a scholarship and financial assistance fund. It is our desire that camp be available to all people, regardless of finances. Financial assistance is given based on several factors, including financial need or personal hardship where attending camp would be especially impactful or meaningful. Anyone whose finances are prohibitive to experiencing camp should apply.

How much financial assistance is available?

Each situation is unique – sometimes a parent/family pays for a portion of their camp cost and financial assistance covers the rest. Sometimes the camper’s local church pays a portion.

Financial Assistance is given out based on need and funding availability.

When will I find out if I receive financial assistance?

We hope to notify you 2 to 4 weeks after you submit your application.

Financial Assistance is given out based on need and funding availability.

Can others contribute to my experience?

YES! Please involve others! Grandparents and family members are often eager to support kids and families going to camp. Contributing to a camp experience also makes a great gift!

We always suggest talking with your church — there may be ways to work with them to help finance you or your child’s camp experience.

Can I apply to more than one financial assistance option?

No, we ask that you choose the one program that is best for you.

Made Possible By:

Fort is thankful for all those that make this financial assistance possible – those who give to the scholarship fund and those that have left a memorial or estate gift with the desire to help others get to camp! In addition, for many years the golf outing supported this fund. Your gifts to the scholarship fund impact campers and eternity. Thank you!
