Taylor: Nature Center Coordinator
Taylor first experienced Fort as a Family Camper in 1999 and continued visiting over the years. During a January 2025 visit with his wife, Camille, they learned of the Nature Center Coordinator opening and were drawn to the staff’s heart for God and ministry. After prayerful consideration, Taylor accepted the role and looks forward to using nature and science to help others connect with God. Taylor and Camille will relocate to the Northwoods and officially join the team in fall 2026.
Fast Facts: Taylor has worked as a scientist for the past 9 years in SC. He enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, and any chance to observe wildlife.
Fort Firsts: One of Taylor’s earliest memories is catching his first fish while at Fort in 1999! Both Taylor and Camille got to try cross-country skiing for the first time at Fort when they visited in 2025.
Meaningful Verse: Luke 12:7 – “But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”
