Tim: Retail Manager
Tim has been coming to Fort for most of his life – first as a Family Camper, then through TruNorth’s gap-year program and then Apprentice Staff. Along the way, Tim sensed the Lord calling him to take the next clear step: joining Fort’s Missionary Staff as Retail Manager. Overseeing the CampGrounds (coffee shop) and Canteen operations, Tim is eager to use his gifts to create quality experiences where campers feel welcomed and relationships grow. Tim especially values the opportunity to mentor TruNorth students and volunteers as they work alongside him. Through a cup of coffee, a conversation, or shared work, he looks foward to investing in people and pointing them toward Jesus.
Tim enjoys working out, playing board games with friends, hiking, and playing the guitar.
Tim first tried outdoor cooking and cross-country skiing at Fort. Those experiences now frequently come together in Adventure Lunch, a Fort tradition he now regularly enjoys hosting!
A meaningful passage of scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:9 – “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
